Privacy notice
Under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), this is how we handle the personal data of people who visit this site and write to us through the contact form.
Data controllers
Giacomo Prasciolu (Hircus Videography, P.IVA 02747680904) · Grazia Mele (Grazia Mele Photography, P.IVA 01478730912), working together under the Hirme Studio brand, are joint controllers for the enquiries received through this site. Contact: info@hirmestudio.it · info@graziamele.it.
What we process and why
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), wedding date, locations (getting ready, ceremony, reception), daytime/evening, approximate guest count and your message. Purpose: replying to your request and preparing a quote (legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request, Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Providing the data is optional, but without the essentials we cannot reply.
- Technical data: for security and to limit form abuse, the server temporarily uses your IP address (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f). We use no analytics, profiling or advertising cookies.
- Private proposals: if we send you a personal proposal link, we store the details you gave us to prepare it (names, date, place) and use them only for our relationship with you.
Who receives it
Data is accessible only to the two of us and to the technical providers that host or transmit it: the hosting service (Netsons S.r.l., Italy) and email services. We do not sell data and do not use it for newsletters or marketing without your specific consent. External content (Google Fonts, YouTube/Vimeo videos) is loaded only if you accept it: see the cookie policy.
How long
Form enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is signed: in that case data is kept for the duration of the contract and as required by law (e.g. tax, 10 years).
Your rights
You may at any time ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to the addresses above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, except for external services you activate yourself by consenting.
